Trip activity

Anyone know the benefits of physical activity during a psilocybin trip? Is it good to stay active during a full blown trip? For example running outside when tripping hard? Does the danger outweigh any benifit? When tripping I can feel pinned down or like it is difficult to move I’m starting to be curious about if being active by walking or running can get the ball rolling for a more clear minded and insightful trip Increasing your heart rate can lessen paranoia, pressure or tension during a more intense trip when you start to go inward what focusing outward could do for a trip with maybe more enhancement of reality through the environment by being one with the motion of possibly higher wavelenghts, frequency etc? I know I am used to sitting around during trips but I do get in my mind and often enjoy walking to break the trance

I have found that moving around helps to combat the body load, or the very least takes the mind off it. It is probably not a good idea to go outside, especially when you are quite body-drunk and other people will see something is up too and might call help or something... which you wouldn't want at all.

If you can do it go for it, but after the peak and a hour or two in I can get physical with considerable enhancement, so that's when I work out... Biking, weights, walking, running, sprinting - you name it it's all better.

I find moving around can be awesome while on mushrooms. I used to live in the country. So back in my teen years it wasn't an option for me and my friends to trip at home as there was always the possibility our parents would find out what we are doing. Therefore we always went hiking. Like 20 km hikes. If you start out your trip by walking you basically 'walk into' your trip. Everything changes to wonderland slowly which can be very nice. I found these trips really make you feel connected to nature. For me these experiences where a bit more outward orientated. But if you should try that don't take too much. For me 2.5 gram worked beautifully.
This of course is only possible if you life at a place that is generally save. If you live in a city I wouldn't do it. Choose places where the possibility of meeting someone is close to zero (we always tripped during night time).

The first time I tripped on shrooms was in the city, but that’s not where I live. I really like to walk around here when I trip mostly if a lot of fog or dew is not present. I did mostly stay in last night though and for about 7 minutes I was feeling very heavy and sat down on the floor. When I did stand I was feeling my weight very much in my body and had started to adjust my balance. Even though with all that happened I really felt pretty comfortable and was glad that I was still indoors. Once I had a similar experience in the grass for about 30 minutes on my back with the music very loud outside that night. I feel like there is some connection with body-load and how the term tripping was coined
