No expert but it's consistent, there are small green/blue patches on the pileus. Make sure you get an opinion from a TI

Indeed there are small blue spots of the cap, just picked the big mature one and am taking a spore print, Update: Rust Brown. They’re in my neighbors front yard so I can come back for the others and also theres a big patch of pins

It has dextrinoid spores, do you have a microscope?

I do not have a microscope. Thinkin It could also be Gymnopilus luteofolius, pretty much identical to thiersii

Most likely gymnopilus thiersii, small green patches on the pileus like yours. It's not quite luteofolius

Quite similar, I found them on an old pile of wood chips under some trees.

Hmm yeah I’m pretty confident that mine are gymnopilus based on the blue spotting and obvious similar appearance. Yours look very promising too. I’m gonna wait another day and pick a couple more and observe the blue bruising before I’ll be certain

I read this about luteofolius

The spores from this collection bore the same distinctive, random pattern of verruculose ridges indicated by Hesler (1969, fig. 3). The collection is not referrable to any other known species.

That's an important characteristic if you have a microscope.

Mine hasn't stained much but it's green (from yellow matter and blue?) in some places like bottom of the stems and a patch on the cap

Does the hymenium look yellow/orange, darker towards the cap? Mostly orange/yellow/brown with purple stems with green
