ID Yellowing of substrate on second flush

Hey all. I could use some advice before I freak out and throw away my trays.
I left some nice sized stumps on all my trays from harvesting. It's a multi-spore grow, so I'm getting spotty flushes and have to bob and weave around fruits as they mature.
I just noticed Yellowing at the area of some of the stumps. I don't smell anything unusual yet, but I'm hoping you all can lend me an expert eye on these pics.
Also, how do you calibrate FAE with fuzzy stems?
Thank you!

(apologies if this is the wrong forum for this question)

Can this thread be moved to the cultivation / contamination forum?

This thread was moved from Advanced Mycology.
Reason: They're fine. And fuzzy stems doesn't really seem to have anything to do with FAE. Shrooms grown in bags usually don't have fuzzy stems despite almost no fae

I appreciate your reply!
Wow, so I've been opening my lids and fanning like crazy for no reason eh? Maybe I've misunderstood previous write-ups. Would you mind sharing some advise on how to prevent fuzzy stems? It seems like they've indicated stunted growth on affected fruits.
Thank you.

Okay. I think I just need to follow your tek line by line. And leave my substrate alone for the most part.
It just looks dry sometimes... I don't see the micro-droplets and then I feel compelled to spraya.
Thanks for your succinct answer!
