Did I do these cakes properly? (birthed and soaking pics) 1

BRF PF tek in 4oz jars - 100% colonization in 12 days, then gave a bit over 4 days to consolidate. I birthed the only two that have been 100% colonized and consolidated, put them in water for a 16 hour soak as recommended here...
By these pics:

What do they look like - do they appear normal? Did I screw it up by waiting 4 days instead of 7 for consolidation? How long should they water soak for small roughly 3oz cakes? I'm wondering if the 24 hour soak is usually for the bigger cakes, but considering these are tiny, I'm worried about "over soaking."
Thanks!

They look good to me. Since they are half the size of a half pint I wouldn't soak for any longer than 12 hours.

Aha! For once my impatience pays off. I decided 12 instead of 24, despite everyone saying 16-24 minimum.
They were pulled out of the water, covered in verm (didn't stick perfectly - some spots were exposed with no verm), and it was placed on a piece on foil inside a SGFC. They will we watered in roughly 30min.
Anyone have idea how long until pinning starts?
