King oyster looks ready to pin, just eating plastic

Any ideas, im new to gourmet, just treated like a cube, grew on corn and spawned to coir. Its my first try.




Thanks for any support or help, Reading up on them at the same time.

Would have been much better off spawning to hardwood pellets and soy hulls. Its a diff game with gourmets. Coir is kind of a waste with oysters. Def looks like it needs to colonize ALOT more. What temps are you incubating at? Do not move to fruiting conditions until you actually have pins, then transfer your cake/block to somewhere in the 55*-65* zone. They like it cold.

Temps are between 15-10celcius according to hydro in Window
