Do antidepressants and antipsychotics block the effects of shrooms?

I used to do a lot of shrooms back in the day, before I was prescribed with the following meds:
Wellbutrin 100mg Concerta 18mg Clonazepam 0.5mg Clozapine 100mg
I've been on these meds for more than 6 years. Let's say I took 2g of cubensis. What kind of trip should I expect?

This has come up recently not too long ago. Antipsychotics are prescribed for some pretty serious conditions. Shrooms can exasperate these conditions. I’m all for doing what you want, it’s your life. But nothing is worth making a serious mental condition worse. With the cocktail you’re taking I would seriously talk to your doctor first.

Youre gonna get fuck all. Anti psychotics especially will do a pretty good job blocking it. Best advice is to not trip if you have to take meds man.

Clozapine will block out all tryptamines. No shrooms, LSD and most likely no effect from DMT.

Will these meds have a permanent effect on my mind? If I stop taking all of them for 1+ years, will I be able to trip again? I probably won't ever take more than 2g of cubensis if I ever trip again.

They will have lasting effects on your brain for sure but you'll be able to trip within a month after taking them, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND QUITTING JUST TO TRIP! just to make myself very clear. Sort out your problems man, get to a stable point before you use psychs again. Take care you yourself first and foremost

Atleast I can still drink and smoke pot! No medication can hold that back (afaik).
Edit: I drink on average 2 beers a day and smoke about 2g of weed a day. No ill effects. Is that normal for somebody on as many meds as myself?

First of all, I recommend not drinking any alcohol at all. It's a stupid drug to get into, and it's kind of ironic that you would regularly take a depressant twice a day when you're also taking Wellbutrin, which is used to treat depression.
Furthermore (just from a quick google search): It is not recommended to combine Wellbutrin and alcohol. Doing so has been known to cause seizures in some cases, especially if the user is a habitual alcohol user. Why take that risk?
It is also not recommended to combine Concerta and alcohol. Again, alcohol is a depressant, but Concerta is a stimulant. The side effects of these drugs can have a cancelling effect on one another, causing an alcohol user to drink more without the same sorts of risks. This is why some people do lines of coke after a long night of drinking: so they don't pass out from alcohol poisoning.
Mixing Clonazepam and alcohol can be a deadly combination. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine, and it is a well known fact that benzodiazepines and alcohol don't mix well. They are both immune-system depressants, and combining them can increase your probability of blacking out. I had a close friend of mine die from combining a benzodiazepine with alcohol. He passed out in his bed and drowned in his own vomit.
I agree with MentalPariah above. I think it's important that you take care of yourself to get to a stable place before you consider getting back into psychedelic drugs. Also, stay away from alcohol. I can think of no drug that has ruined more lives than alcohol. Stick to weed if you simply must get high.

I told my doctor about a year ago about the weed/beer, and he said if I keep it to a minimum, I should be alright. A very minimum though. I'm schizophrenic btw.
I should give alcohol up, until I'm off the meds I feel I don't need (the Concerta and Clonazepam).

I'm giving up alcohol for good (unless I get myself off these meds some day), and will just smoke weed from now on. Maybe some day I'll do shrooms again. I'll just have to wait and see if I become healthy enough to consider doing a small dose to see what happens. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah, I don't think a couple of beers a day is going to pose a serious threat, but you can develop a tolerance and reach a point where two beers doesn't satisfy you anymore. Additionally, drinking two beers a day isn't that great for you. It's still bad for your liver, it still impairs your ability to sleep, it makes you gain weight, and more. You're better off without it, honestly.

I think that's a great choice. Alcohol is so easy to acquire and so socially acceptable, which is what makes it so alluring, but the positives stop there. It's bad for your liver, it dehydrates you, makes it harder to sleep, it's addictive (if you're seriously addicted, the withdrawals can be deadly), it's a depressant, makes it harder to remember things, and it impairs your judgment.
Additionally, since you're schizophrenic, I don't know if psychedelics are the best idea for you. Psychedelics have been known to sometimes exacerbate schizophrenia. Tripping can be a wonderful thing, but there are so many other ways to achieve the same benefits that psychedelics have to offer without posing such a threat to yourself.
Hope you get better, friend. Schizophrenia is a serious illness, but many schizophrenic people are able to live wonderful lives regardless. All the best, man
