Speeding up sterilization process

1/ load pc 2/ sterilize for 90 min 3/ lets pc cool down / depressurize naturally over the course of many hours 4/ unload pc and inoculate
I usually let my pressure cooker sit over night until the next day to inoculate my jars.
But i really would like to run the PC more than once a day. Is there anyway To speed up the cool down time so that I can be doing multiple PC runs in a day?
for commercial farms im sure they have giant autoclaves for large batches , but what about small time producers?
Is there a way around the long waiting times?

There's no reason you can't unload after the pressure hits zero and the lid unlocks. Load it back up, add some water, and get back to it.

The jars wont break due to the temp difference of room temperature?

I wouldn't throw them in an ice bath but they'll be just fine to put on the counter or shelf to cool. Careful when you open the lid right after the lock drops cause that steam will make your skin go loose

I only PC that way.
Load. 90min. Zero psi. reload. Repeat.
I can only do 7 quarts at once if that slowed to 7 per day I'd kill myself.

This is a good example of how a belief can hold you back .

How long are freshly sterilized jars ok to leave on the counter top until inoculation?

Good practice is right away. Actual practice for me is within few days. Sometimes a few weeks.
But I've also had canopies from 2month old spawn it's all in them genes and cleanliness of the inoculate bruh

Ive left an uninnoculated jar of rye on the table for several months with zero signs of any life present.
