Fluff mycelium? Tirch? holes? 3-4 pins.. KSSS
I moved it to another spot to make sure it’s out of the way of others...
How F am I?

Take the lid off and take a closer picture of the substrate. Looks like possible mold. Hard to see from outside the tub.

Hard to tell but one thing for sure is your mycelium is overlaying.

It’s bacterial, so in response it is aggressively growing mycelium to win nutrients.

Not only does this create bad pinning conditions, a lot of times it dries out the mycelium and causes it to bruise blue from drying.  Almost looks like that’s what you had going on.

You can still fruit a bacteria tub, it just generally produces smaller fruits and weaker pinsets.

The solution is cleaner spawn.
