PNW Coastal ID Request: P. Azurescens

I believe these to be P. Azurescens however the spore print is more brown than anything.

Habitat: Event horizon where dune grass meets the pine forest at the PNW coast near the mouth of a storied river

Gills:
attached

Cap:
3cm, brown caramel with blunt nipple in center

Stalk silky white with strands of brown, blue, and caramel

Spore print color:
Brown

Bruising:
Black on cap

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom: earthy/soil

Yeah, Cortinarius subgen. Telamonia, possibly something close to C. flexipes.

Only pine present, or were there deciduous trees as well, perhaps birch?

I saw only pine, no birch. Was hoping it was buried drift wood along with the dune grass as this spot was sloped up a couple of feet in an area of soggy dune grass. Thanks for all the help!
