Chinese-made sterilizers

Hi all, I'd really like to take things up a notch in terms of equipment. Currently I'm using a regular pressure cooker and I think that upgrading to a medical-grade sterilizer might assist in getting less contamination.
Buying an All-American canner is sort of out of the question for me as the shipping rates are outrageous plus I'm only interested in an electric model with auto-everything as I'm tired of hanging around the stove, babysitting the cooker.
So, I went online and looked in the chinese websites, where I purchase whatever I can most of the time for financial reasons, and I saw that there's an incredible variety of all sorts of sterilizers, autoclaves, canners, you name it.
I narrowed down my search for anything that goes up to 15 psi but won't cost over $500 and found a nice 18L model.
So my question is: does any one of you have any experience with chinese-made autoclaves / canners / sterilizers that you might want to share?
What sort of stats should I look for before buying, except for voltage (duh) and maximum pressure?
Here's a model I'm considering for reference:
Thanks brothers and sisters

I would make sure the dimensions will allow you to properly stack your jars, or do you do bags? In that case it won't matter that much.
Nothing wrong with a pressure cooker though, what are you using currently?

I bought a steam sterilizer in China and it was great quality. People who say Chinese goods are crap are usually those who buy things at rock bottom prices and are then outraged when they fall apart!
As with anything in life if you want good quality youβll have to pay for it and read the reviews but my steam sterilizer was definitely a good deal cheaper than it was in the US or my home country.
I buy everything from taobao and honesty it shits on eBay. I was burned multiple times on eBay but never on taobao because they have a good rating and communication system.
Maybe eBay is better today I donβt know because I stopped using it a long time ago. To use taobao it would help to read and write mandarin though, but maybe you can go though their sister company Alibaba?
Anyway Iβm not sure after all the postage and tax etc it would work out that much cheaper than something you could buy in-country as like I said you do have to pay for better quality and such products probably only tend to work out significantly cheaper when bought from within the origin countryβs economic system.

I heard there is a shortage of these kinda things so the price has skyrocketed, it may be worth holding off on upgrades until the price goes back to normal.
