I used to use a lot of milk in my cereal, but I rarely eat cereal anymore, I also rarely drink chocolate milk anymore, some months I dont drink any milk at all for quite a while now, I dont even put anything in my coffee, I forced myself to drink coffee black for a month a couple years ago and now sugar makes it taste like shit and milk/cream makes it taste "watery"
cheese id eat every day if I had it, I think unpasteurized cheeses are healthier but the only one I can get in the store is parmigiano reggiano, so I buy that like once every 2-3 months as it is a bit pricey, just today I found a website selling unpasteurized cheddar for like $30 for like a small 8oz brick, I cant afford to buy that often, but I think im going to buy it once just to try, I didnt think unpasteurized soft cheeses were legal in Canada, I dont know why the stores dont have them, some of these cheeses are high in k2 which I probably dont get enough of
I love making yogurt in my instant pot because I can use homo milk (3.25% I think) and add no sugar, but again not often, I only end up doing it like a few times a year, but when I do I eat huge servings every day for like a week\
butter I dont eat much of, I tend to cook with duck fat or coconut oil cause I burn butter like everytime, and I dont eat very much toast, I want to try buttering a steak though, cause I saw this shirt https://healthcoachkait.com/merch/butter-tshirt-blue
overall I eat little dairy, the dairy products I really like are a little bit steep for my pockets, or im too lazy to prepare them

Try to eat as little as possible. It gives me acne on my butt cheeks. Some dairy products are worse offenders. Kerrygold butter is friendly to my skin. Fresh as possible sour cream is the only way I can eat sour cream. I like Daisy brand. Mozzarella cheese is also the best choice for me cheese wise.

Eating too much dairy isn't good for me, or anyone really. All that sugar (lactose) and saturated fat is gonna clog you up... I'd say I consume a bit under a half cup of organic low fat milk every day on my muesli and in tea and coffee, probably about 125-250g (1/4-1/2 lb) of cheese per week as either low fat cheddar, fetta or parmigiano, maybe a 1L (2pint) of probiotic yoghurt or filmjölk weekly and a little incidental butter on sandwiches or toast but a 250g (1/2 lb) block usually lasts me a few weeks. I cook with olive oil where possible, use avocado as spread a fair bit, eat seafood regularly while trying to eat minimal red meat to really reduce my intake of saturated fats. I also take calcium/vitamin D supplements to keep my bones healthy because I do realise that reducing dairy intake can remove much needed calcium from your diet.

I used to consume a lot of dairy products. One my favorite snacks was maple yogurt with french vanilla granola and hempseed, sometimes topped with whipped cream. I also frequently ate cream cheese turkey bagels, pizza and nachos.
Around five years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and became lactose intolerant. I had to completely cut dairy out of my diet. They make lactose-free milk, and non-dairy cheeses, but neither were very good.
Eventually I discovered a viable replacement for milk and cheese; hemp milk and goat cheese! Both taste great, and give me little to no digestive troubles. Now every week I make a gluten-free, goat cheese pizza, loaded with peppers, mushrooms, garlic, onions, and cudighi.

I drink about 2 gallons of skim milk every week, and also some whey powder. Other than that, I don't really eat much dairy if the form of solid food.

I don't drink milk and I rarely eat yoghurt, but I do like my cheese. I get all different nice cheeses and eat cheese and crackers a couple of times a week. This week I have some apricot Wensleydale, cumin Gouda, red Cheddar and an expensive aged Cheddar. Will take me a few weeks to finish them off though.

Probably either too much or not enough according to the internet.
Not a lot actually, just when there's cheese on stuff or if I'm eating ice cream or something.

Dairy on the daily. Cook with real butter, real cheese. Whole Milk in cereal but not often. There are some farms around here I ought to start sourcing my meats and cheeses through them.
When I worked in a kitchen I used to have butt acne, despite showering twice daily, but then I took a 10 minute bath with 3/4 cup of bleach and water once a week to treat a minor staph infection on my leg. My butt acne disappeared. Don't do it more than a couple times a week or for longer than 10 minutes. I honestly do it maybe once or twice a month now and don't have butt acne anymore. I hear it's good for eczema as well.

The evidence that meat consumption is associated with increased risk of chronic diseases is pretty firm, but dairy consumption may actually be associated with improved health outcomes. Or maybe just certain kinds like yogurt. The research is seems to be mixed
For those who can tolerate milk products, they are actually very very nutrient rich. Clearly- it is milk- food designed to be optimal for early development. Do be mindful how much you drink bc it is high in fat obviously

it's also delicious, I'll be right back on the dairy train as soon as I get my gut in relative order.
I also eat a lot of meat though, but luckily its fine as far as my immediate concerns go

2 eggs every morning. I would drink milk but I drink a lot of tea and milk makes the antioxidants in tea inactive.
I use butter when making cookies.

Glad that worked for you. It's weird how different foods make acne or skin problems in certain places. Lots of carbs and sugar would flare up my eczema and make me get a rash on my forehead. I do know 110% that dairy causes it for me. I tried an elimination diet and my skin was clear as could be and each time I "slip" and eat some dairy, it comes back like clockwork. Also get irritation from anything with vinegar in it. It breaks me out on the backs of my legs. If I avoid all those foods entirely, my skin is clear. It sucks! I think I have PCOS though.

Does anybody know if there is any significant difference in the nutritional quality of milk from one brand to another? I drink Kroger Brand because it's cheap, like $2.50/gal. Should I be getting the $6/gal organic shit instead?

Does this include fish and poultry, as well? I've been eating a lot of chicken and tuna, and a few cans of those good ass king oscar sardines every week.

Fish and poultry are not dairy. They probably vary internally a lot. I imagine dark and light turkey are very different nutritionally, for example. Fatty fish are an important component of a diet as well, but it is a little oversimplified to just say "salmon is healthy". It is also very high in fat generally. Just because it is a good idea to get some salmon (or sardines, whatever) in your diet doesnt mean we should be living on salmon.
I personally eat everything. Vegetables fruits grains legumes meats fish dairy seeds nuts... all of it. A large variety of it. Meat generally once a day. Dairy in the morning

I wouldn't eat any fish nowadays. There is so much radiation in the ocean. you need to be careful with tuna because tuna has traces of mercury and if you eat too much tuna you can get symptoms of mercury poisoning. You're actually not supposed to eat tuna more than a couple times a week. I used to have a can of tuna daily. this is all really unfortunate because I really love seafood. once in awhile I will treat myself to sushi but that's about it. you definitely never want to eat shrimp because when shrimp are caught most of them are already dead which means the water they live in is too polluted.

skipjack which is a smaller tuna has less mercury, during the panic buying everyone bought out all the albacore and left me all the skipjack packed in water, I thought I was so smart preferring the skipjack and everyone else was dumb, I dont know if tuna is ever packed in oil, but I thought packed in water was a bonus too

that's funny. Back in March and April all the panic buyers were buying out all of the shitty quality meat and leaving me with the good quality lean pork chops. I thought to myself why the hell doesn't anybody want to buy these yummy pork chops? They tasted pretty dank.
