I just have them sitting on wax paper on some shelves next to my exhaust fan for my grow room.
By exhaust fan I mean an 8 inch inline fan pulling air out of the room.

I’m asking because they don’t look fully dry. Dry fruits are usually dark grey and you still have some pretty white stems. They should be dry like a cracker, easily snap when you bend them and crumble if you squeeze them

What’s your substrate depth?

I would say about 2 inches.
If you go to page 1 there is a better side picture you can see the depth

I just have them sitting on wax paper on some shelves next to my exhaust fan for my grow room.
By exhaust fan I mean an 8 inch inline fan pulling air out of the room.
So in front of a fan blowing humid air. They're not going to store well being only partly dried.

No no. I have whole room ventilation. Not my fruiting chamber ventilation. So this fan is sucking air out of the room @ 740 cfm.
My whole room stay pretty low humidity.

There may be people who say otherwise but IME shallow substrate produces short fruits. I wouldn’t worry about it too much as long as they feel pretty solid
