Open air fruiting

Is it possible to fruit casings in the open air with rh at an average of 65%?
I know they provide their own humidity but with occasional misting would they be ok?

edit=Let me change this a bit!

I know that casings need 90% rh,but I am having really bad problems with too high humidity in my fruiting chambers.I live in a sub-tropical area that usually has an above average rh(50% or better).
In my fc the mushrooms get blotch everytime unless I pay close attention(pain in the arse),but I noticed that if I fan twenty or so times a day, they do great!I use nothing for humidity(no perlite, etc,,)
So maybe they will not dry out completely if I wait until the pins are showing good?Do you think they would have enough moisture to carry them through the fruiting cycle in open air?

Better?

I tried something similar but with a pint jar and it failed. I opened a WBS colonized pint jar and put some peat/verm on top (keeping the substrate inside the jar; got the idea from p.67 of TMC), then left it in the room where I do my growings but not inside a container or anything similar. It dried out really fast!!!!. But you know, where I live there is 40% RH average and I don?t have the time to be misting every hour or 2 hours.
