Hello Everyone,
I am a long-time lurker here and have learned a lot from this community over the years. I was hoping to learn a little more.
I have lived north of Seattle (Snohomish County) for over 3 years now. Every season, I go hunting to try and find some cyans. I've been as far North as Bellingham, and as South as Portland, OR in search of these. I find it ironic that a few days ago I found what looks to be a patch of Psilocybe Cyanescens popping up in the mulch in my front yard. I cut down the largest one (still very young) for analysis. I need to give them a few more days to grow to take better samples.
Habitat: Found in the mulch in my front yard In Snohomish County, one small patch growing underneath some low-hanging branches of a pine tree. I have not yet identified what type of pine tree yet, but the pine cones do leak sap.
Gills: I will post a picture of the gills because I'm unsure how to properly describe them.
Stem: White stem with a light silver hue. The stems look very similar to cubensis stems I have grown in the past. There was some blue bruising.
Cap: Caramel in color, I will post pictures of this
Spore print color: Dark purple/black - I will also provide a picture
Bruising: The stem bruised blue when I squeezed it
Pictures:

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Not an expert by any means but I have found plenty of cyans. Those look like them to me! Make sure to wait for a confirmed Id though. Happy hunting!

Thank you. I want to keep this patch alive and spread it everywhere around me. I'm currently doing some research on the most efficient way to do this. I appreciate your response.

I will do this. Will they flush multiple times? If so, I will most likely dig up some mycelium after the first flush and get a new patch started. Thanks a lot!
