Would you do it all over again? 1

I think many people would say yes to being able to turn back time and redo their lives knowing what they know now. But would you go back and experience everything exactly the same without knowing you've already experienced it?
It FEELS like a do-over, but really you're just experiencing everything you've already experienced.

I was watching home movies from when I was just a little kid, and watching myself on screen, knowing what was in store for that little kid...I broke down crying.
I always thought I had a good upbringing, but watching the home videos...damn. Shit was rough, and it didn't really get better. I got better at dealing with it, but life is not all sunshine and rainbows.
Looking at my 6-year-old self and knowing what he was going to have to go through, all the pain, anger, confusion, heartbreak, depression, anxiety, stress, hopelessness...don't get me wrong, there were good times too. But damn. No way I'd go back through that.

Your second round would be different because you would know more or less what not to do or what you should do..

Pay attention...No, you don't get the knowledge you've gained, as I said earlier. You are the same person, with the same experiences as you had back then, NOT now. Essentially your life will be exactly the same.

Yeah. I'd leave my whole life up to this moment the same except I'd make sure the people that died wouldnt have died.

I mean your first post quoted me saying that the experiences would be exactly the same. Sorry for being harsh, that's my biggest pet peeve online is people don't read. What's the point of answering if you don't even pay attention to what the question is?

If all there was for me was this life, then yes, totally.
But this life was too hard and unrewarding so far to want to eternally rerun exactly how it was it if I could have another life.

No. That would be like Groundhog day, but worse; you wouldn't know that you could experiment with different outcomes!!
