When to colonize the next batch?

Greetings everyone, new to the page and operating my first lab. I was wondering if anyone knew a good rule of thumb on when to start your next colonization of Pcubes grain spawn to time with the last flush from your last set of cakes. Thank you.

roughly 2 weeks for jars to finish colonizing A2G (closer to 10 days G2G IME) about 18-25 days from spawning to harvest, so say 3 weeks
Starting your next batch of spawn after the 1st week of spawning should keep you somewhat in rotation depending on how many flushes you let your tubs go
I'm curious as to others input as well I have never really kept on a good rotation, it all bottle necks one place or another for me.
Currently I am colonizing masters in pints via A2G, then expanding each pint to 5 quarts G2G (1 Tub)
controlling the flow by staggering when I shake masters.
Shouldn't be very hard to figure out the timeline if working with consistent cultures. You would just be aiming for spawn to be ready as you are harvesting your tubs
-------------------- All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I’m fine. Whatever you decide won’t really impact our survival Close your eyes, and do the best that you can

Depends on how often you wanna harvest. Ideally, if what you're working with fruits consistently around the same time each time, then the following applies:
If you want to harvest once a week, then inoculate once a week. If you want to harvest every other day, inoculate every other day, etc.
If you are limited by your number of fruiting chambers, then just take your usual days until harvest, and divide that by the number of fruiting chambers you have. That'll give you how many days you will have between inoculations, to maximize efficiency of your space.
Now, if you are working with different varieties that fruit at different time frames, thing get a bit more complicated

Think two week rotation and its easy. So have jars colonizing while you are spawning tubs. And then more ready for inoculation. Keeping perpetual harvest is about timing mostly. I operate on a 2 week rotation. But i also do inoculations twice weekly and grain cooks twice weekly. Spawn twice weekly. That is just to stagger harvest so i can maintain with life and all.
