Possible A2G oat prep contam?

Hey all. Long time lurker here finally starting my first grow! I've been practicing with agar (MS syringe) for about a month or so and feel like my sterile technique is getting good. Finally gathered all my material for jars and followed Bod's Oat Prep Tek to a T. After going A2G on 9/24 everything was looking great. I left town for a few days and came back to the below pictures (~12days). It is a little wet inside and somewhat hard to see, but I noticed a slight green discoloration in each of the jars at each agar wedge.
From what I have read it's pretty impossible that it's bruising and most likely some green mold. Thinking back I did cut some pretty large wedges from my plates (from first transfer, dammit) with some of the growth at the edges of the plate (double dammit).
Am I completely screwed here? I was thinking of trying to get in to the jar to cut out the problem areas, but I also feel like it's too late. Also am considering shaking 'em since I've made it this far and am curious to see what happens.

I would shake and see how they recover . Your taking it as a learning experience so that's good! Maybe use your nervous energy over the jars to get some more agar ready to go.
Best of luck these things take a bit of trial and error !

Pro tip: You can upload your photos directly to this site. Check under your account name in the upper left corner and you'll see the 'pics' link. We can actually zoom in on your pictures a lot more when you do it this way. If you just embed them, we can't zoom at all.
If I could get a closer look, I might be able to give some better advice, but for now, I agree with the above; shake those bad boys! You should generally shake them right after A2g to spread the myc around, anyway. If they recover, you're good. If not, maybe start getting ready for another batch in the mean time just in case!

I don't see any obvious problems. Give them a shake and watch them over the next couple days. I bet they'll explode.

Some new pics:

I tried to get a couple of good angles of the green/blue areas, but they are still a little hard to see.. Jars are looking at about almost 100% now.
The coloration seems to have grown some, so is it about time to dump these fuckers and start a new batch? How stupid would it be to try for a tub at this point with the possible contam?

Making a tub with questionable jars isn't a great idea. Making shoeboxes gives you a much better chance at some success.

Did you not shake those jars? Doesnt look like it. That's why its filling in slowly. They look fine other than no 30% shake. Those jars woulda been done by now. I wouldnt shake em at this point, though. If you're concerned about them, like @Brian Jones said, make a shoebox tub for each jar or a boot box for 2. If they're all good, you're good, if one fails it's not gonna bring down the whole ship

you can always put coir on top of the bottles and just let them fruit that way

Yeah, I shook at about 30% 9 days ago. Maybe they stalled out a bit after that. Shaking has also been a bit tough.

Can't believe this would work.. how successful has this been? I'm tempted to try with at least one jar.
