Psilocybe semilanceata in Norway

Introduction (skip if not interested):
I'm on an internship in Norway and since two weeks I'm living in Borre on the West coast of the Oslofjord. Last Friday I learned that Psilocybe semilanceata are growing in this area and thought: "Wow, it would be awesome to get some for micro-dosing!" So yesterday (on Saturday) I talked to another guy to get some additional information to what I could find on the web. He told me: "Nah dude, I'm sorry, we just had the first ground frost yesterday, they're all dead now. But you can still buy them because a lot of people will have picked them." So I was a bit disappointed, but:
Today when I went for a walk through the forest I found some mushrooms that looked a bit dry and dead already, but quite a lot like the Psilocybe semilanceata I saw in some pictures. They had the typical bell-shaped caps, the grooves, and the stems could bend around my finger without snapping.
But now of course I'm just getting into this and I'm all but sure if this is really the species I was looking for. But if they're not Psilocybe semilanceata, I would still love to know what species this is.
Habitat:
I found them next to the entrance of a small property in the forest, right next to a dead tree stump. It looked quite old, almost grey already. The last days have been dry, but the soil was still wet around there because the grass had probably kept the moisture. If it's of interest what trees and plants were growing around it I can walk back there tomorrow and take another look and a photo. If you want to know the exact location, here are the coordinates: 59.374056, 10.431039
Gills:
The gills are not attached to the stem and have a light brown color. It looks like there are no spores left inside, I guess because they already died during the frost two days ago.
Stem:
The stems lengths vary between 15 and 60 mm. The diameters range from 1.6 to 3 mm. The color blends from a light brown (beige) on the top to a dark brown close to the bottom. They have a shiny look to it, almost like glass fiber roving. For those who were not already dry, the stems had a squishy and flexible feeling, they could easily bend without snapping which I took as a good sign. Now as they get more and more dry, the stems will crease when bent but not snap. I guess this is because of their strong fibers that also give them this silky look.
Cap:
The cap diameters range from 10 to 25 mm, the color is light brown and the texture looks silky. Most have a sort of bell-shape, some more and some less open. What I took as a good sign for them being Psilocybe semilanceata were the ridges that are visible on most of them.
Spore print color:
I'm trying to get a spore print, but I'm afraid they already dropped all their spores. I'll update if I get any results.
Bruising:
Have not yet noticed any bruising on white paper, but will update if I find anything.
Other information:
The ones that are more dried have a scent that reminds of fresh wheat flour. The ones that are still a bit moist have a stronger and quite appealing scent like I'm used from edible mushrooms. Really delicious to be honest. I'm not going to eat them without being sure what they are, or course.
Images:
I took these images with a halogen lamp, so the color is quite accurate, but because of the contrast to the white paper they seem a bit darker in the images than they seem to my eye. I tried to compensate for that in the two detail images to convey the shade of the gills more exactly.
