Yet another post from a newbie about contamination

Hi all
First time grower here. Been attempting my first grow so I can help my wife deal with some childhood trauma..
Purple spots have appeared in my BRF jars. Been about 6 days since I inoculated. All 6 jars are contaminated.
I followed what I thought was totally sterile process. Steamed for 120 minutes, used a SAB, doused everything in 70% alcohol, flame sterilised until red hot between every jar. I showered, changed clothes, brushed my teeth. Used a mask and gloves. There was no contact with anything non sterile.
I'm worried its fusarium. If it is, I'll probably not attempt to grow again because of the meningitis risks. If it's neurospora I'd feel a bit better...
Do I chuck these unopened jars in the trash? I'd prefer to save the jars if possible (they weren't cheap) but I understand if it's too risky.

Thanks for the advice.
EDIT: massive pics

I've never done cakes, but those look too wet. Also, its possible the contam came from the syringe
If you are worried, you can run the jars through the sterilization process (pc is best) again before opening. Then you can clean and reuse the jars without worry

Thanks. I'm inclined to think that being a first time grower it's more likely I messed up somewhere, I'm just not sure where. I have another two syringes from the same vendor so I might just try again.
I don't have a PC, would steaming them for 3 hours be sufficient to kill off whatever this is?
Reading about fusarium is scary.
EDIT: Think I'm going to clingwrap the top so nothing can spread via the syringe holes (paranoid), buy a PC and fully sterilise them using it. Steaming isn't going to get hot enough to penetrate inside the jars I think...

You are over worrying. Just dump the jars outside and wash with soap and water.
Quote:
Fusarium is a common type of mold that can be found just about everywhere. Outdoors, it is often found on soil and on plants. It can be found on plants indoors, as well, and on many types of food. It can grow on many other surfaces indoors, particularly those that have suffered water damage
Unless you are opening the jars and deliberately inhaling their contents, you're really not at risk here.

Thanks. I've gone through this several times and can't see what I did wrong.
Only thing I can think of is its either my rice flour or my syringe.
I steam pasteurised the jars. I have an instant pot pc which I may try using instead (seeing as it gets to 117c as opposed to the 100c of steaming).
Other than that... I don't know.
1. Showered, brushed teeth and used new clothes. 2. Wore gloves and a mask. Sanitised gloves after touching every non sterile object. 3. Wiped down the entirety of my SAB with 70 percent iso 4. Wiped down all jars with the same 5. Switched on my gas hob for needle sterilisation 6. Flame sterilised my needle until red hot 7. Injected (maybe a bit too much) solution into each jar 8. Flame sterilised between each jar
I just don't know how I've lost every single jar.

Bad syringe, it happens they're not sterile. Maybe try another vendor or learn agar work.
