Holy shit that looks great! Recipe? I don't make many sponge cakes. I need to change that.

Sponge recipe~ ( enough to make 2 sponges, 1 base 1 top)
6x eggs 150g sugar 250g self raising flour 175g butter Teaspoon baking powder Vanilla extract Cinnamon teaspoon Black treacle 1 tablespoon Goldensyrup 1 tablespoon
Mix all the ingredients in a big fuck off bowl (apart from the treacle, syrup and cinnamon) to create a smooth batter.
Separate batter into 2 smaller bowls in equal parts ( 50/50 split)
In 1 of the bowls mix in the black treacle into the batter.
In the other mix in the golden syrup and cinnamon.
Grease 2 cake tins and pre heat oven to 165/330 degrees Celsius/Fahrenheit.
Add batter to cake tins and cook for roughly 25-35 mins. Cake should be dark golden brown and firm. Test the center with a skewer, if batter is still sticking to the skewer it needs longer, if the skewer comes out clean it is cooked.
Stand to cool
Fudge/toffee topping/center
397g condensed milk 150ml milk 450g demerara sugar 115g butter White chocolate Vanilla essence
Mix the condensed milk, butter, sugar and milk into a pan, heat on stove top slowly until mixture is smooth and bring to boil.
Keep stirring throughout the process to avoid sticking and keep on a low boil for about 10-15 minutes. The mixture should now be a caramel colour and smooth.
Take off the heat and let cool for 10-15 mins.
Split the caramel/fudge sauce into 2 bowls
Start folding/mixing the cooled fudge until it starts to thicken and lose some shine (becomes duller looking)
Add the vanilla to one bowl of fudge and melt the white chocolate and add to the other bowl.
Continue mixing both bowls until you reach your desired consistency. Then either pour or spread your sugary goodness evenly on your bottom layer, place your top sponge on top and then add your final bowl of fudge/caramel to the top of the cake, smooth the top and let it dribble down the sides.
Eat your diabetes in a slice.
