How fucked is my grow?

Hey. This is my first grow and im worried about it being a total failure. If it is, i learned a lot, but i wanna see if this is salvageable.
All of my jars show like no growth besides one, i made sure to shake the syringe a lot so the spores should be distributed. I started them 2.5 Weeks ago.
The one jar that shows growth has red / brown on it, some liquid and some i cant tell if its liquid or what...

What you're seeing in that jar is called sectoring (more useful info about that in this amazing post). Sectoring is where two different fungal species occupy the same substrate, and a dividing line is put up between them (this dividing line is often reddish / brown). It's a clear sign of contamination.
In other words, you lost this jar, buddy. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
The good news is that you can debug your process! Since we know what part of the cultivation process you were at (looks like you're going for a PF tek), we know you're having a problem with one of two things:
Either:
A) You didn't pasteurize your brown rice flour properly, and it was vulnerable to airborne spores.
OR
B) Your inoculation procedure is compromised.
For A, make sure you're steaming the BRF at the correct temperature and for the correct amount of time.
For B, make sure you are using an uncontaminated culture for inoculation. I'm guessing you're using a liquid culture (spores in saline solution) - are your spores coming from a reliable source that is known for delivering clean spores? Make sure you are sterilizing the needle used for inoculation before inoculating (for best results, I like to wipe the needle down with isopropyl alcohol and heat it with a torch). Finally, make sure you are inoculating in an area that has as little air movement as possible (a Still Air Box, or SAB, is ideal, but if you don't have one, do it on a clean surface in the least drafty room in your home).
Don't rush, and try to pay as much attention to detail as you can. If you debug your processes, you will not run into this problem as frequently.

Like everyone else said. Those jars are no good. The pf cake looks too wet. Chances are the contamination came from the spore syringe though. I have been down that road many times. It just isn't worth it. Take your time in this hobby and learn to do things right. Forget about growing mushrooms. First think about growing clean cultures on agar first. That should be priority number one. Everything else isn't worth the time and money spent if the first step isn't successful. A sab, agar powder, lme, exacto knife and a few sleeves of plates can all be had on the internet for pretty cheap.

Maybe I'll drill them a little larger and stuff polyfil or use micropore tape.

Agreed. I was hasty and had all of these materials around already. I did another inoculation yesterday, completely sanitized process as per tutorials.

Whenever I do a PF style grow I always use these lids:

The RTV self healing port is great for BRF cake grows and it eliminates the need for a vermiculite barrier on top. Very nice and it helps narrow down contamination even further as there is no open holes to your cake.
