Not sure what the question is, exactly. Are you asking for an ID? If so, they look like p. Cubensis to me. The ones that are black on the top of the caps are most likely that way because other mushrooms from the batch dropped spores on them. This is a sign that these mushrooms were picked a little later than would be ideal, but they should be fine to consume (though I've heard the spores taste pretty bad).

As for the little particles towards the base of the stipe, it looks like vermiculite to me, which the grower clearly used as part of the substrate. Looks like the grower pulled the mushrooms out of the substrate, which is generally not recommended because it damages the substrate, making it more susceptible to early infection. It would have been better to cut them from the substrate using a knife towards the base of the stipe.

The only thing that's concerning to me is the color of the bruising. Normally, p. Cubensis bruises blue, but it looks like these ones have some sort of yellowish bruising color... I'd ask a more experienced identifier if you're wondering what these actually are.

They look totally fine.

Don't worry about the yellow, it's pretty common.

Looks like cubes. The only thing wrong I see here is the grower not taking two seconds to clean the base of the stem or just doing what I do and cutting it off completely. Other than that everything looks solid.

They are not the best quality by any means (grower picked them too late, upturned caps, caps blacked by spore deposits), but they are still active.

As mentioned, clean off the material from the stem-base.

Some pick easily (twist off), others don't and should be cut.  But looking at the general condition of those they were not grown with the utmost of care. But should be fine to consume, if that was the question.  :cookiemonster:
