Hey all, I'm pretty new to this. Found these guys and was hoping for an ID.

  * Habitat - Back Yard in tall moist grass.
    * Location - Pacific NorthWest USA
    * Gills - See pics
    * Stem - See pics
    * Spore print color - In progress
    * Scent of the mushroom - Light almost bready smell, slight mildew?
    * Color that the mushroom bruises when damaged - Seems to have a tan / brown bruising. Attempting to take a spore print now, will update in a few.

Looks like Panaeolus foenisecii

You could spore print to check.
brown to dark brown is pan foe
Jet black is Pan cinctulus

As promised here is the spore print, Looks more black / brown to me, but I'm no expert.

Hard to tell, looking more dark brown than jet black to me.

I like to print on the shiny side of aluminum foil and then use a bright light or take a pic with the flash on. It helps reveal it's true color.
