What Trichocereus strains are good? Is is true that

I read a reddit post about how PC (predominant cultivar) is basically bunk in terms of Mescaline content. It said that "Americanized" Pachanoi species are basically worthless for entheogenic purposes. Does anyone with some cactus knowledge know if that is true?
My friend has cuttings of PC Trichocereus Pachanoi, "Australian Crazy Spine" Bridgesii, and "SS02 x PC" Bridgesii. Does anyone know anything about those strains? I realize that Mescaline content varies based on innumerable factors, but it also seems like there are strains which are more consistent as a rule. She's wondering if they are worth a damn.
Does it matter what strain a Bridgesii or Pachanoi is?

Its not bunk, its just a cut of pedro that has lower mescaline levels but grows ridiculously fast and is suited for landscaping and such.
If you can trust that your friend started these seeds then you really have nothing to lose. People are coming up with all sorts of new cacti crosses all the time. Even if you do get a PC Trich, they make great root stock for grafting.

Some say their PC trichs work fine but i have heard the opposite too. Bridgesii has most evenly higher levels of mescaline, the other types are more a of gamble what levels they have. But there are some famous crosses that have very high mescaline levels, but the high levels will only be present in true cuttings of just that cross. Seeds from such good cross doesnt need to be good at all, but they might have a higher chance of beeing high alkaloid cacti. I have found out that when caring for a cacti for so long time, it really feels bad to cut it for just a few hours of fun. I wouldnt do it, maybe som ugly, miserable, elongated bad looking specimens.

I heard from a San Pedro grower that they learned that the ones that get this blueish almost powdery looking hue have higher concentrations of alkaloids. If this is true than perhaps look for that when looking at san pedro vendors. I found out a cactus at my house is San Pedro, has the blue hue, and I got a plan on seeing if this is true.

PC can be ok if it's an old plant, but won't ever be as strong as a bridgesii or true pachanoi.
SS02 is a very strong strain, so that crossed with PC should be at least decent.
