Need Contam ID (PICS) Green/white/possible cobweb, Advice on Avoiding Next Time

Hi, first time grower here... After my first flush the areas on my BRF cakes that I picked mushrooms from turned blue, which I initially thought was bruising. However a bright white cottony substance with a texture resembling baby powder began growing around the same area and bottoms of cakes and spread very quickly til now, two days after harvest. Today I noticed it has turned from blue to green, and the bottom side of the cakes also appear to have a cobwebby looking contam as well. Strangely it still smells like mushrooms and nothing else but it is obviously contaminated.
Could somebody please help by ID'ing the contams? Also I would really appreciate any feedback about what I did wrong to cause this, and how to avoid this in the future. Thanks!

Cobweb spreadsheet insanely fast and isn't very common at all.
That is trichodarma. Another common green mold is pennecillum.
Doesn't matter what kind if mold it is either way. Toss it

Unfortunately with cakes quality control falls entirely on the syringe maker, not the cultivator.
Starting agar is really the only way to 100% be sure of your quality control.
