Shredding second flush into coir question

Forgive me, I'm new and still learning the terms. I'll probably call something wrong. I've been reading for months but suck at remembering what to call things.
Anyway, so I did the recommended newbie setup with cakes. I had 3 jars turn out to produce Jedi Mind F mushrooms. I was kind of bummed though at how few shrooms I got out of doing it this way. I know that's par for the course but it made me wish I'd have done the shoebox method - or bulk method.. (not sure if I'm saying it right.) After that flush I dunked them for about 6 hours planning to just let them grow but out of curiosity thought, wonder what would happen if I just shredded these and mixed into pasteurized coir in a tub. That's what I did about a week ago. I'm seeing growth and moisture. I'm just curious though if anyone else has done anything like this? I tried searching and couldn't find anything.
Any suggestions on maximizing this project? Is this just going to peter out?
I just felt like the cakes took forever to produce a small amount of mushrooms and I see all of these rectangle tubs here with massive amounts. Makes a girl jealous lol.
At the moment while that's doing (or not doing) its thing. I have agar plates growing B+ and Pink Elephant and my first grain bag with some more JMF left over from the syringe I have.

Personally, I've not seen anyone post pics after talking about it (and I've not tried it myself) but if the myc recovers and conditions are right, I can't see why you wouldn't get fruits...
Just a waiting game now. Post pics/an update with where you're at now and with what happens.

Someone posted something "similar" to what I'm doing the other day. It was a bit different though. She (or he- not sure) had a tub that had its 3rd flush and was going to throw it out but wanted to know if it would produce again if she shredded it into new coir.
Mine is different because it was from cakes that had only fruited once. Still had some imput from that thread though. Love how helpful people are.
I took these pix a couple days ago.

In essence it's kind of like a "dunk" that's more long lasting.
As you've def got new growth there, I'm interested in seeing how much you get.
Depending upon setup/requirements, it won't even be close to be worth the effort. But for a personal grow, this could be an easy transition step from PF to bulk with a potential for a larger harvest...
What was your first flush yield?
Just rereading your first post - Shoebox is a way to do bulk. Bulk just means expanding spawn with substrate.
