Weird floating tek. Should I return to incubation?

Hey! I've been lurking this forum for years, interested, but never tried to grow until now as I had no way to get spores. Found a few pages selling kits in my country with already colonized mycelium only jars (no substrate). I bought one of this kits and followed the guide, which consisted on breaking the already colonized mycelium, mixing it with sterlizied substrate, and leaving it on incubation. On their guide, they used a sgfc half-filled with water, and a fish tank heater to keep the temp high. The cakes would go inside of another, smaller, floating chamber. I had never heard of this "tek" before, but decided to use it, as the heater came with the kit. I did everything the guide said, left it 10 days incubating (mycelium colonizing substrate) and then started fruiting, also on the water chamber. Only part of the substrate was colonized, but I didn't think this was bad (I know I should've researched more, my bad of course). It's been two weeks and only one of the cakes showed some primordia, but it stopped growing, no pinning at all. The other two cakes have no primordia, only some hyphae. Should I return them to incubation (is this even possible?) so the cakes are more colonized? or what would you recommend? Haven't dunked yet.
PD: I do know these pics look like shit, should've sticked to PF Tek.

I'm sorry for your loss Fest
to my untrained eye that looks like it's ready for the bin
perhaps someone more experienced has another opinion but I dunno
some reading on more current methods would serve you well before you start again
I would avoid anything that involves the use of heaters and incubation tank etc because all this is very old info and counter productive
all the best

Agreed. That doesn't even look like mushroom mycelium. RR

Thatβs super complicated.
If I were you Iβd build a little mono and toss the cake in there. Or possibly break it up and make a shoebox.
