I do prefer place where there is no regulation on that then...
Brazil and Jamaica sound pretty good to me

Theres a similar thing going on in Thailand/Philippines were wild-picked Cubenis and Pan Cyans are sold in "magic milkshakes" in certain areas. They are very illegal there, but the law isn't enforced evenly.
A country where they aren't regulated at all would be a good idea. I think Brazil and Jamaica fall into this category.
Thats the weird thing about foreign countries like Thailand and the Philippines, they make it "very illegal" to have mushrooms and yet they dont even enforce their own laws. Makes no sense!
Brazil sounds like a cool place. Another one I would add is near Palenque, Mexico. I had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful place and I heard from locals that during the rain season, local wild cubenis are sold pretty openly on the side of the road. So it would seem in that area, the laws are pretty relaxed on Mushrooms.

The local law enforcement may be relaxed, but the laws are not. Federal law enforcement is common in Mexico and they won't be relaxed about it.

I think in time we will see it open up like we did medicinal and eventually recreational cannabis in the United States. We just need to wait out all the tight assed old men who think alcohol is the only recreational drug.

Yeah then all the corporations will own the rights. Luckily the nature of the beast neutralizes the effects of branding and media bombardment. Self defeating prophecy...
