How's this looking?

I've got concerns about the yellow in the corner. It's not that bad yet but it's gotta be caused by the giant water droplet that's been sitting there now for a week or more. It's not just in the corner either. It's here and there along the substrate. Not too bad, but not sure why it got like that. It was fine and white just a day or 2 ago..

Finally some DECENT genetics! This is all BRF and they're GT's so they're obviously super easy to work with. This is the best pinset I have ever achieved so far in this hobby. I am so happy and sort of proud of myself for coming as far as I have with it even though it's not a big deal to most of you who have been doing this longer than I. Soon to get into agar and start some clones.

Still seeing some very small spots of a yellowish color. Hoping it's only metabolites, but they're all manly on the edges and there was one strange slimy/see-through gooey piece of some type of yellow tissue that I removed with a sterile exacto.
I hope that didn't hurt it, but I did notice a slight yellow color to below the substrated where I started almost digging into ever so slightly while removing these yellow blotches.
Was really hoping that there isn't a bunch of yellow myc all through the core of the cake or something that will ruin the grow or get me sick when I decide to consume the fruits.
It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could maybe analyze this quickly and give me a good answer to that situation...
P.S
PEU jars that I inocc'd on 9/22. and one more jar started slowly showing growth but, just like the other, it's only on one part of the injection site. So strange I've never had this before, I'm going to keep the shoebox that they're in, near the heater but not too close obviously. I'm wondering if the cold is stalling them, even though it's only like 72-73 degrees in the place.
I am Hoping The spores aren't going bad, I have 3 more syringes, one of which is APE, PE strains are my favorite, and I never had the APE, or tried it. They have been in the fridge for a month or 2, but the fridge is at average temp. Just hoping that doesn't have anything to do with it, that isn't a very long time for spores to just shit out IMO.
Anyway, any advice on all of this would be great. Thanks, guys!

Thanks to NC I know have a fully working PC. Once I'm at 15 psi and I throw the rocker on, is it 1 or 2 hours for sterilization? I'd imagine 2 but idk if that's overkill with the PC I've never used one before.

Also, when you patch holes after harvesting, does the mycelium ever fully take over the new substrate you added? Mine seems to not ever fully colonize the new stuff.

I never patch after a flush.
Make sure you are venting your pc for 10m before putting the rocker on.
Agar and liquids take 15m (depending on media) and grain takes 90m at 15psi

Okay, so I'm just messing with BRF still for now and I'm barely doing that as I don't have much time right now for that.
I've officially used a PC now finally....geez. I was shown a method of PCing by someone I know who is very knowledgeable on this subject and who I wish to keep as anonymous as possible. that I know who doesn't do much of this anymore. This method excluded the lids on the jars and instead just 2 layers of very tightly wrapped /pressed foil over the top of the jar down towards the middle.
I had personally done this method with this person, and I had the most success I've ever had, and I wasn't frustrated with all of these little holes on lids and having to make them, this just made things so much more convenient and so I know it works...
However, I couldn't remember if we had condensation build-up on the underside of the foil or not, but if we did it really wasn't much. I just recently did this same exact process myself and found a decent bit of condensation on the underside of the foil. I don't necessarily think it was enough to cause any issues, but I'd obviously rather see none.
Now last time I had absolutely nothing to do with the PC I was just watching and trying to remember and take in as much as I could. I can't remember how much water was used, so this time around I used enough to make the water come up to about an inch on the jars. I had 2 stacks this time as well and I had to gently stack them on top of each other since I don't have a rack for this PC yet. Npt sure if this had anything to do with it but I went through with inoculating these jars and we will see what happens.
I need to know though how much water is typically added for PCing and how can I prevent this condensation problem on the underside of the foil? Would wrapping it from the bottom as well help? I didn't have to do that the last time.

Did you atleast put jar rings or balls of foil under them?
Should be atleast 3 inches in the bottom and your glass should never touch the pc

Under the jars themselves? I of course put down a towel or old t-shirt at the bottom to keep indirect contact. I've always done that.

Looks good. The caps look like they’re slightly too wet is all.

Definitely got some dents or indentations on the caps of these ones. Weird. Hoping nothing bacterial? Doesn't seem soft or anything just dented inward.
