No, don't toss that. It looks like mycelium growing up the wall in search of food. Its normal.

This is good to hear. Thank you! My future baby mushrooms thank you too!
I start to panic when I see green. What's your take on the change in color?
Also how do the bag tops look to you.. I'm wondering about the moisture content now, and whether the substrate will tolerate having no more misting.

Man, I can't even pretend to be an expert brcause I'm still learning myself and am in the midst of my first grow ever at this moment in time. I haven't done any research into Martha at all. All I can say for sure is that is mycelium climbing up the wall and green mold (usually trichoderma) will start as white/grey clumps before turning green. I dont think you have anything to worry about yet but its hard to tell based off of those pictures.
Just monitor your surface conditions. If it gets too dry, the mycium will become matted and hardened to an extent which will prevent or make it harder for pins to form. I assume you're following a Martha tek. Just stick to the tek and don't deviate from it. The worst thing you can do is make a bad situation worse by overthinking or panicking and making a bad decision.

I hear you. This is my first grow too. I converted all tubs to monotubs and removed my cool-mister. I think that I'm gonna try to ignore them for a while and see what comes of it. I'll be better prepared next time around.
I share the same thoughts with you about trichoderma contams... but I also keep hearing that mycelium is pure white... any deviation from that is likely a contamination. So if the discoloration is not trichoderma, perhaps it is some other contam. I hope someone who's seen this before will chime in.
Thanks!

Another bin looks like it's growing mold.

I'm on the verge of throwing everything out - - tubs, cakes, Martha. And start from scratch using Bod's monotub tek and a known good LC I have.
I started without any obvious contaminations, now everything is going to shit... Agar, Cultures, spawn... all contaminated at a high percentage.
I did a search and read a thread that makes me think the flowhood I built is behind a lot of the contaminations I'm having now. I Installed a barrier to protect the fins. Now that I think of it, I did not even clean or sterilize the guard prior to powering up. I haven't had a clean result sense using it... but I've also been less cautious since using it because I thought it would make contaminations less likely. I think the opposite has been true

Guard removed:

Any advice... I'm willing and ready to listen.
Thanks
Are you sure the flow hood is built to spec? Whatโs the intake fan like? Iโve only read about them so I canโt give much input there. Just keep trying and youโll probably get it. If not, a SAB can be built for $10.
The tub you posted looks fine. Green is usually trich, but trich starts as VERY noticeable white spots.
The most important thing to pay attention to is surface conditions. If you can keep the surface covered in a thousand beads of moisture, youโll do fine
-------------------- Clone -> agar -> UnBODified monotub (first attempt, left unattended a week before harvesting)
Thanks BOD ๐

If anything, it's over-built, the blower is too strong. I used a Dayton 1TDU2 for a 24"x 24" hepa filter. I haven't found any resources confirming that too strong a blower is a problem, aside from the possibility of blowing over containers (which hasn't happened). But the un-sanitized grate that I put on was a big problem. I'm hoping that this will solve my contamination problem with future agar and transfer attempts.
I already pulled bags off of containers and setup humidifier again at an 84% RH limit and am partially covering uppermost bins to prevent pooling.
The substrate dried so much with fanning that it's matted down and depressed looking lol
