Hi there im just new to growing mushrooms so i have a question I let some popcorn soak in water for 6h and then i boiled them for 1h then i pour popcorns in colander to dry over night. In morning popcorns look dry so i put em in jar and strllized jars in autoclave for 90min in 125c and 15psi. But after that jars inside and popcorns are wet Is it ok to be like that?? Thanks everyone

This will happen a lot and is normal. Shake them to evenly distribute the moisture. might take a few shakes over a day or something. What kind of GE filters are you using? Take foil off, some of the excess moisture will evaporate out through the filter.

Like cellulose cotton? The kind shirts are made of? Or synthetic pillow stuffing like poly-fil? Actual cotton is a possible contaminant vector. Once it gets wet, mold spores can germinate and colonize right through it into your jar.
This is the type of material that is recommended

When using grains, it's normal to have some condensation on the inside of the jar after pasteurization. I can't remember a single time I worked with grains where there wasn't at least a little bit of condensation on the inside of the jar. Shaking the jars will help distribute the moisture (which, again, is normal). I typically shake my jars three times when working with grains: once when the jar is first inoculated, once when the jar reaches about 30% colonization, and once more when the jar reaches about 75% colonization.

you can also add some vermiculite before autoclave them. this will absorv remanent moisture and reserve it in case grain become too dry.
