ID - Second Opinion, Psilocybe Fimetaria?

Found in the North of the UK. My first time potentially finding this species, I feel like it might be Fimetaria or Subfimetaria. Found in cow/bull dung. I have Paul Stamets book "Psilocybe's of the world" and it says this species should have an annulus/skirt. However the information I have found about Subfimetaria shows no annulus and the same is true for Fimetaria from the information from the internet. Is the Stamets book just wrong or is it possible for this mushroom to have one, although not always present? Anyway..
Although this isn't present and information about them on the internet seems to be scarce, I do believe it's a psilocybe of some kind. Nice healthy white undulating stem(that bends, doesn't snap, but does "splinter" like Liberty caps), slight to pronounced umbo/nipple, Purple-Black spores (as it mentions on this site), separable gelatinous pellicle, it also has some of those white markings on the edge of the cap (veil remnants?) also seen in photos on the internet, books and this site.
I also have some more photos, but didn't want to bombard, I can post them if needed.

Please, sir, post everything you've got of these.
Also keep the spot and those turds under close observation.
This surely looks close to P. fimetaria. P. subfimetaria (synonymous with P. sierrae which is the preferred name) might be possible, although I believe that has only been found on the western coasts of the US.
Quite interesting, as it seems these rare Psilocybe species have been found several times in the UK this season.

I seem to have found a great spot for them, it was a new Liberty Cap spot I was checking out (which paid off!) but going back one of the days, there wasn't many libs and if anything I saw more of these than libs!
