Ok, so I just gave it a try. I put it in a tyvek envelope and wrapped with a towel to insulate from the sides of the PC. It seems to have come out fine, I'm using milo a G to G transfer from corn. The bags are a kind of clumsy in the SAB but if they colonize well it would be nice to put 2 bags in 1 tub instead of 4 to 6 quarts.

Just remember you're gonna need a longer PC cycle with bags, how long depends on the size of the bag but they'll likely require a fair amount more time than quart jars.

if you wait a few more weeks you can use a turkey bag in the oven with a turkey inside too. I'm talking rosemary, sage butter the works!
Since plastic leeches I'd study up on the specs of the melting points on the turkey bag plastic vs a mycology specific grow bag.
