Consuming mushies

hi!
I'm just wondering how you consume mushies. How many of you prefer drinking tea instead of eating mushrooms.
I personally just grind them in powder put them in capsules and swallow these. No nasty taste and no nasty chewing. For 5g it comes about 20 capsules and only problem here is that you drink 1 glass maybe 1 1/2 of juice xd.
So how you prefer.

I have gone from eating them, to pulverizing into a powder, straining into a tea with honey, lemon juice (to speed up the process of conversion to psilocin), and copious ginger root (defense against nausea). Although the tea I brew was kind of intense on the flavor just to mask the taste.
If I do this in the future I am just going to pulverize then dissolve in ethanol and then dry to just get pure psilocybin.

I always make a simple tea. I simmer for ~15 minutes, filtering it while pouring to a cup, add a teabag & wait for 5 minutes. Tastes ok, not bad, not good.

I think there's a few more steps involved, or maybe only one. Needs to be filtered but that's about it then can evap. Someone feel free to correct me on this but to my knowledge it sits in ethanol for a few days then filter to get rid of other particulates then evap

I do almost exactly the same thing but use mint instead of ginger. I'm just not a huge fan of ginger by itself.

I read a little now about that.. It's easy and i'll defenitly try that one day.. All you must do is 2 alcohol extraction in 48 hours (1 extraction 24 hours filter that and one more of same material for another 24 hours).. Shaking occasionally of corse.. Combine this 2 extractions and evape 2 make it concentrated.. It writes that 1cc should be equal to 1-3g of mushies.

I tried all sort of tea and everone of them was nasty for me.. And as i read and i allways did that you must do 2 extraction in tea for my dosage (reason is at my dosage water can be oversaturated).. 2dcl for 5g is the rule i think.. So 2x2dcl is not a little of liquid and that much of nasty tea allways made me nausea.. Never puked but still i don't like nausea

1) Ground in capsules. Easier to consume, no bad taste, but still does a number on my stomach.
2) Tea with dry mushies (consuming the mushrooms in the tea). I do this with APEs because it's less material to consume and I don't mind it in my tea.
I have stopped eating them dry without anything, not a fan of the taste.
