Contamination or bruising???

Hi all I am new here. I have done about 5 or 6 monotubs now. The first was quite successful. I have repeated the same process for the others and almost everyone one of them has gotten contaminated with trich mold. the jars are all completely colonized and no visible signs of any green mold or any other contamination. I am pasturizing my coir and vermiculite in a 5 gallon bucket. most of the monotubs appear to be doing very well and look to get basically 100% colonized. Many of them end up forming pins and then next thing I know I have a spot of Trich mold deep in the substrate. once the trich starts I dont get much off the flush. some of them never even get pins but look great with tons of rhizomorphic growth and then just some trich destroys the whole thing. I thought maybe not enough FAE? All the best tubs I have gotten that have worked will basically get one good flush and then die and turn completely green after a couple days of harvesting. I have added some pics of current monotub where I had some good pins forming and then all the sudden they started turning blue which to me looks like bruising because all the Trich ive seen starts in the substrate as dense white mold. also I have added other pics of monotubs with trich. let me know what you guys thinkurl=http://files.shroomery.org/files/20-41/243004725-image000004.jpg] [/url]

In that pic it's not trich, probably bruising. Trich will take over the sub but I haven't seen it attack pins unless you maybe left it in there like that for a long time.
If you're having repeated trich problems in substrates before the first flush, it's most likely your spawn, and certainly not FAE.

Ok! I do not know why I could not get the other photos to upload. I could definitely tell the pins were bruised and the surface of mycelium was also turning blue across the entire tub. Usually I would think maybe from lack of humidity because it is drying out but it has been moist the entire time. I only suspect it must be from contamiation causing the mycelium to die. my spawn looks great I have definitely had contamiated spawn where you can see small amounts of green mold staring. but all the ones I have used have no signs of contamination. Must I assume the entire jar of spawn has colonized and the contamination has not become visible and is just maybe spores or something?

Yeah trich that was in your spawn will quite often not show up until well after spawning it.
