Is my germination going well or is it dead end?

Hello all,
Im just starting with this beautiful hobby.
I have injected 10ml of spores into this bag, which is a basic growing kit with grains and coconut stuff. The injection took place on 17th of Sept, today is 10th Oct, so there are over 3 weeks in germination.
By looking at these photos, is it going well? Is there anything i should adjust? temp is about 74F.

hey there i'm a beginner but I had a similar experience my germination time (in mason jars) took alot longer than i thought it was going to (from what i'd read, etc). I kept them in the dark at about 75 degrees for probably about 6 weeks. I let them go a week longer before birthing them. These things take their time. As I keep seeing in these threads, this hobby requires patience and temperance!
Good luck

I think it looks decent for being what it is. Did you mix the bags up at some point?
There’s definitely some bacteria but you should be able to get one good flush from it.

Thank you for the replies. As some say its contamed, should i wait longer before taking it to fruiting? Should i fruit it now?
Can i save it from bacteria or other contamination as it is?
I injected the spore, mixed it. Then waited about 10 days, saw quite good germination, I mixed it again.

In a way yes, and no. From what we know, what you did wrong was buying a kit, then injecting it with spores likely from said kit. You haven't said anything else that would give us a clue as to what you've done.
If it was a perfect world, this kind of thing would work... As it isn't, it very likely won't.
Spores to grain isn't guaranteed, to put it mildly. Spores to grain prepped in an unknown manner mixed with coir as an all in one...?
All that being said and all that being considered, as AKA says, it doesn't look amazingly terrible. I'm guessing it's a little bit of popcorn in coir?
Don't get me wrong, it's FAR from ideal, but if you were to fruit it I would't be surprised if you got a little. How were you planning on doing that?

I’d give it a couple more days to make sure it’s all the way colonized.
Are you just gonna open the bag a little to fruit it or what’s the plan? I know some people cut the tops off the bag and others leave it rolled up but I’m not sure how airflow works with that method.

Thank you for your replies.
Long story long. Sorry for the lenght.
Here is how I approached injection ritual.
I have prepped closed shower cabin, in small shower room: 0. Put on gloves, mask, clean clothes. Sprayed gloves, mask and clothes with rubbing alcohol 70%. 1. Closed window and switched of air vent fan. 2. Cleaned all (most) of the surfaces. 3. Sprayed surfaces with rubbing alcohol 70%. 4. Sprayed entire shower cabin with rubbing alcohol 70%. 5. Sprayed gloves and a bit of clothes with rubbing alcohol 70%. 6. Sprayed all of the tools - lighter, scissors etc. with rubbing alcohol 70%. 7. Sprayed bags, syringe and other things with rubbing alcohol 70%. 8. Shaked the syringe. 9. Attached needle to syringe, used lighter to disinfect the needle. 10. Disinfected again with rubbing alcohol 70% the injection port. 11. Injected the spores. 12. Mixed the bag with spores grain and coir etc. 13. Placed the bag in cozy cupboard. 14. Done.
I bought the grow kit from shop. It arrived in a single bag, grains mixed with coconut coir and whatever was in there.
I plan to fruit it in a monotube made as: 65l plastic container with lid. 2 holes on each side of the box filled with Poly Fil. On the bottom 1 inch layer of clay pebbles soaked in boiled water, mixed with 9:1 of hydrogen peroxite. Ill put a sheet of aluminium foil on the pebbles. Ill put the stuff from the germination bag onto the aluminium foul. Foil, box etc all will be sprayed with rubbing alcohol 70%. I would leave the lid open - about 1 inch, for the FAE. Ill air and spray the content 3-5 times a day. Ill close the box over the night, to open it in the morning.

Hehe, you went A LOT overboard on the injection prep, but that's cool. You are where you are now so no harm no foul, other than wasted alcohol. If you plan on continuing in this hobby, check out what a still air box (SAB) is.
Your fruiting plan sounds also sounds over the top and a little weird, kind of like a monotub cross humidity chamber?
Are these instructions from the site you bought these things from?
If I were you, I would either fruit in the bag or transfer to a shoebox and hope for the best. And if you do want to continue in this hobby, I'd then just start reading and reading and reading here until you're pretty sure you know what you're doing and why. This place can be riddled with new people winging things only to waste time, money and effort.
Good luck

Thank you. Can you please recommend a good growing guide?
