First grow, small fruits

I am using bootle tek, for two weeks bottles have been in fruiting conditions. There is some action in only one of the bottles, but the fruits came out small for some reason. Also, notice that there are no fruits in the center of the bottle. Any suggestions? I am suspicious of FAE so I am thinking to prepare another mono with polyfil and transfer the bottles (from Pastywhyte’s Ez dialed monotub) Or maybe the temperatures were too high for a week(around 80Fahrenheit). Also, the veils of the biggest fruits look like broken, should I harvest those?

I'm a new grower like you but i can say your humidity is too high and that means your fae is too low..

why did you even do the bootle tek? When you're first starting out go with what's popular. Things are popular for a reason. I don't think the bottle tek has been popular since the 70's lol...

Looks like genetics.
Also I know a lot of people don’t agree but ime smaller subs tend to make smaller shrooms. I’m not saying you won’t ever get monsters, just that the overall average size skews smaller.

How could you see that the humidity is too high, Since I dont see any glistening I mist it time to time thinking it would also help evaporation and FAE

Reading SpitbalJedi's "where to begin" my choices were A) SGFC using PF/BRF Cakes or B) Monotub using bulk substrate I chose the option B because it is set and forget and I am not at home always. Then I realized that I need to find the best performing genetics before bulk substrate, so I found Updated Bottle Tek which looked very convenient. Also it would allow me to fuck some bottles while I was learning the process. Thanks anyway, I might try cakes if I fail.

Humidity and fae aren’t necessarily related.
