Can you help me with ID! Thanks!

Greetings! So I was strolling around a meadow in the north of Spain, close to the Cantabric sea, zone must be between 9 and 10, winters are pretty mild rarely going under 0º. Humidity is always very high.

1) I got some pics of the first one. I believe it might be A. Augustus:

2) Then there is this one. Could it be  Amanita caesarea? :

Thanks for  your help!

Yes, Agaricus augustus is likely for the first ones.

I'm afraid the second ones are almost as far as you can come from Amanita caesarea in terms of gilled mushrooms.
First of all, A. caesarea has both a yellow stem and gills, and emanates from a so called universal veil that leaves a
white membraneous sack-like volva around the base of the stem. The stem also has a ring.

Here's a picture of A. caesarea from a French resource:

Your find is possibly Hypholoma or something closely related, better pictures and a description would help.
