Bulk grain prep

I really hate this "rinse, wash" grain prep. I get 100 kg oats or rye for 30€, but it's from farmers and it's very dirty, especially oats. A lot of weed, grass between. Store bought oats are way cleaner, but they cost 3€ per kg, so 300€ for the same amount.
So I am asking you... any tips and tricks how to easy wash and prepare oats/rye? Anyone tried without washing, just soak and sterilise? I was also thinking of air compressor and some steel mesh, but I guess they would be all over the place.

I do, though my oats are horse food, they are relatively clean. They do have some dust, but definitely no weed.

I'd say grip it n rip it with a couple test jars. The only time I "rinse" my oats is while they're draining I splash a gallon or so of water to rinse out the bucket they were in, then I dump that on the draining grains. All be it,when I do use oats, they're fairly clean horse feed from the feed supply in town.
I do the same with my millet, and have never noticed a difference as opposed to when I first started this hobby...thinking back..I gotta laugh at the amount of "extra" work I was doing all around! I was bathing that wbs like it was my child!

Based on responses, I guess all of you follow some "teks" with grain prep.

soak 18-24 hours, drain till mostly dry to the touch when I stick my hand in the grains, PC.
Easy Peasy.

I use wheat (also horse food grade) and dont rinse or soak or anything.
50% wheat 50% water in a pot, boil/simmer for 45 minutes. let stand another 30 then load into jars and sterilize.
a little grass and sticks aint gonna be a problem in jars unless its so dusty the grains are clumping together.
