Can someone please tell me if these are Psilocybe semilanceata (Liberty caps)? Apologies but I've already removed the stem. Thank you!
Habitat: Soil in park land
Gills: Dark
Stem: Thin, maybe 10cm, light colour
Cap: 1-3cm diameter (varies), smooth, conical, obvious nipple
Spore print color: Dark (you can kind of see it in my pics)
Bruising: None noticeable

Nope, you should still have the stem even if you remove them.

Panaeolina foenisecii, or possibly a Psathyrella species, I’m a bit sleep deprived and you don’t have any stems pictured, which is throwing me more than it usual.
Also, for future reference, I am hard pressed to think of a material, worse to print upon, than paper towels. Good choices are printer paper or aluminum foil. If you think the spores could be light in color, using black paper is very helpful, because it can be quite difficult to see the subtle differences between pale colors on white paper and even on foil. You can even place a cap so half is on white paper and half is on black, a great way to go if you are unsure if the spores are going to be dark or light. You really want what ever you use to be smooth and as non-porous as possible, this is one of the problems with using paper towels, (there are others as well.)

Not sure if you tossed the stems, or just set them aside to make prints, but in the future, don’t throw them away, It is extremely counter productive to identification. If you don’t get pictures while they are intact, you still should include them in the photos, and you should keep the corresponding stem and cap together, especially as you might have a mixed batch and be unaware of the fact.
If you do find any actives, the stem contains the same psychoactive compounds, as the cap, in more or less the same percentage, regardless of the persistent stoner lore to the contrary.
