Got it from PF.

The shrooms are small and numerous. It might have been from the subtract depth, which was thin.

could be a bum syringe, could be that the substrate was too wet or too dry. The shrooms will only grow as big as the food supply allows, and factors like differences in temp, light, moisture can determine whether you get one or two big shrooms or a bunch of babies. I've seen B+'s of all sizes on various substrates, cased and plain cakes. Most are medium size, have only ever seen a couple in person that were the big jumbo size critters you see in some of the photos. FWIW, the smaller ones seem to be more potent.

I made 14 jars. 9 PF, and 5 B+. By 2 weeks all the PF jars were done.
All the jars were incubated at room temps, all in the same container.

I think the syringe was bad.

Do you think that all this inbreeding could change the strain?

I'm not complaining about my harvest. It was pretty good, small but numerious B+. By a matter of fact they looked just like my first flush Thai's.

But they looked different. They had nipples on their caps.

Like what factors? Im using BRF cakes cased. My thai's love these casings.
