Habitat: woodland, North Central NC, USA. we have had dewy cool mornings, I found them growing in clusters on a dead oak tree.

Gills: white and attached

Stem:
3 inches long, 1/8 inch thick , gray, tender, hollow and thin walled

Cap:
1/2 inch, light brown, fleshy, conical

I can provide detailed pics just working off a phone and kinda hard to figure out

In the future,  please include close up shots of the cap, gills and stem including the stem base,  also where the gills and stem meet. They are all important when Identifying mushrooms, particularly to species level.
