I’m nearly on my first flush and I noticed this growth in the corner of my tub. Is there any saving it ?

That does look kind of sketchy to me. I'm not experienced enough to give you a positive ID on what it could be. Looks like it could be unsporulated Trich
I dunno if you should bother cutting it out. Maybe throw some salt on top. But in my experience, I've tried both methods and they didn't work
Think about how cubes can grow to fill entire jars from just one little wedge of mycelium from agar. The same principle applies to other fungi, including molds. You can cut most of it out, but you can't see on a microscopic level that every mold cell has been removed. If you leave any behind, which you will, it will recover
Also, when you spawn to bulk you normally mix around all of your spawn and sub, so wherever the contam originated, it's quite likely that it was spread around to several parts of your tub
This is all to say that even if you cut it out it will most likely come back anyway. If you are set on fruiting this tub I would recommend either moving it outdoors or quarantining it away from where you normally do grows. But, honestly, I don't see any pins or even knots in this pic, so how close are you, really, to your first flush? By the time you have matured shrooms that mold will have probably spread quite a bit

I agree with everything you said. I ended up burying it outside and when I broke the cake up I noticed contaminants everywhere.
The reason I said it was close was because the tub next to it was mixed at the exact same time as the contaminated one and it was pinning.
What ultimately made me decide to throw it out was what you said and also the risk factor of contaminating my other tub.
I use a big tub with perlite on the ground and set 2 tubs inside it to fruit. Thankfully I don’t think the cake that’s pinning got contaminated.

Yeah, for sure, man. And that's good, I'm glad you made that decision. Hopefully your other tub and your cakes stay healthy
I learned the hard way, despite having read warnings before I ever started. I let multiple Triched tubs go on for way longer than I should have and sure enough it has come back to haunt me in my subsequent grow
You can still grow if you have Trich spores everywhere, but basically it feels like I have less room for error when it comes to doing any sort of sterile work

I would, cut it out and put salt in the hole. You may be able to salvage a flush
