I saw a micd video of them before the play. Ryan said to the team as clearly as he could, GET THE FIRST DOWN, THEN GO DOWN, DO NOT SCORE!!!

Gurley mustve been playing in a FF league or something.

Ryan should have ran it himself or spiked it.

Dunlap immediately makes the Seahawks better considering they had absolutely no one on the DLine who was a real pass rushing threat.

Adams may sniff double digits sacks...more than every other DL combined.

Hawks got destroyed and Russel coughing that ball up like candy on halloween. This no defense isn't legit.

So I managed to block all spoilers and got a chance to watch the saints vs bucs reply. Fucking domination by the saints.  And the sweep overs the bucs just locked up the south for us barring a late season breakdown.

Bears coach Mike Nagy has handed off play calling duties to his offensive coordinator. About fucking time.

And every time the Bucs lose it makes us look worse, cause they were the only decent team we beat.

But if we can win one of the Green Bay games, Chicago will go crazy, and Nagy will get a 20 year extension.

Read a headline that the Bears are thinking of firing their head coach.  4 straight L's and they have to go play the Packers next.  Not a big Foles fan.  It is horrid football but not as bad as the Broncos.  I tuned out of that early.  I can't watch bad football and seeing the Q.B.'s my Broncos have put out there since Manning is difficult to watch.

On to other things I have liked Drew Brees since being at a casino long ago and watching a Purdue game and thinking, this guy is special.  So have followed his H.O.F. career and enjoy watching him play.  Plus I like the Saints just as a sports fan in general and their coach is great.

At his age it hurts just even reading this.  For anyone that has had a rib injury, I have, where every breath in hurts, wow. Don't know what a collapsed lung feels like. Back in 3-6 weeks.

Glad he has a ring and is tied with Brady for all-time T.D. passes.  Some people never want to retire and others realize that life is going to be extremely difficult physically and retire early.

"New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has fractured ribs on both sides of his body as well as a collapsed lung, according to Ed Werder of ESPN.

Brees suffered three fractured ribs on the right side of his chest last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He then suffered two more Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

None of the injuries were known until he underwent X-rays on Monday."

Yeah, ribs are kind of important to protect the lungs.  Lol.  Best to you Brees.

Man it’s devastating. Brees is a tough player. But yeah ribs and a lung injury fuck that’s going to be hard to heal. It’s going to give saints a glimpse of life after brees but it would have been nice to get another ring before that. I feel that we just lost that chance now.

Not a pessimist but that second ring chance passed with that no call to win the game most likely.

Just glad he has one.  It means so much to the players to have it.  Doesn't matter what major sport.  Watched Hill a hour from here where my dad went to college at the Y and of course he is not the starter.

Always hurt scrambling.  Steve Young went to the Y and he was built and an agility and range that was amazing.  Why I play Madden and like the mobile Q.B.'s like Lamar.  But Young could pass just as well as run.  Having my doubts about the Ravens.

Watching Jerome Bettis doing an interview and coming down the stairs limping with a cane.  Saw him when N.D. came to Provo.  Like a bowling ball to tacklers as pins.  And Dilfer with Fresno.  Got a ring and was shit as a Q.B. in the NFL but that D in that year is the best I have ever seen for the any NFL team which is debatable of course.

I just knew when Collins threw that first curl rout and he was right away knocking it out that there was no chance.

But to this year.  Have to go with the Chiefs again.  Really, would anyone go to a casino and bet against them?  That is what I like, just give me a betting ticket and talk to betters because where one puts one money is so more valuable than where ones mouth is.

Winston.  30/30.  That T.D. to touchdown is amazing to me.  But they have great coaching and will reel him in unlike Tampa.  Will be interesting in how he plays and I love Kamara.

Seahawks suck. They might not even make the Playoffs unless they stop turning the ball over like that.

Yup.

and thus I never got aboard the Russel hype train. Hawks need a top 5 RB and Defense.

The Seachickens, as one person put it, is far removed from the legion of boom days.  Watching them as I lived in Seattle for awhile and fans there are batshit crazy, like wear a Denver cap and people want to beat you up but that is the Northwest.

Pass D I think is near if not the last in the league but run defense is 4th if I remember right.  Why the Bills just threw with Josh WYO all the time and decimated them.  And Russ is getting hit hard and getting hurt and can't put up College type shootouts every week.  Can't carry the whole team but he did trademark "let Russ cook"  though I think that is losing its value week to week.

Time and time again people say defense wins championships and I believe that to be true.  3 points to 40 something in that superbowl and the Ravens D with Dilfer who would just play field position the whole game with the best D I have ever seen.

Hawks with their glory days was the second.  It is hard to watch College level talent kids play in the secondary compared to what it once was.

You are showing wisdom young jedi.  lol.

On a different note looking forward to this game tonight.  Wonderful when they have two good teams match up for a Thursday game which is just blind luck.
