Lighting Question. LED vs CFL, what's a good setup?

I have few 5-high stacks of monotubs. The hobby took off a little more than I was expecting.
I only have four 45w 6500K bulbs with reflectors. One blew out so I'm down to three and it's not enough. I'm trying to light about four tubs (2-wide, 2-high) with one bulb, and I'm thinking the light really isn't getting in there enough. I was thinking of running the 4ft 6500K LED ones vertically inbetween each tub stack. Is there a good option out there? What's everyone doing for lighting of stacked tubs?
Picture of the LED light I was thinking about. Comes in pack.

Here's a copy/paste from an answer I gave in another similar thread--
Quote:
I use 4 foot T5 format to fit under my shelves--I was almost going to go with the flouros, but they were so expensive at ~$80 to $100 for each 4-bulb 4-foot unit, plus the thickness of the enclosures would have taken away valuable vertical space (3 to 4 inches each)-- requiring nearly a foot of lost vertical room with my 4 seedling levels.
I went with the budget LED T5 bars instead. They're sold as shop lights. They come in 8-pack cases for less than $50 on sale-- it's insanely cheap for what you get.
They can be easily connected from either end with the included 3-prong connectors to operate in series or individually-- there's 4 dedicated power switch cables so you could set it up any way you like-- all four on each level with one switch, or multiple levels with a single switch, or a half/half They are only 1.4 inches deep-- (barely more than the lip of my wire shelving), light as air, super bright 2200 lumens each, and only cost 25% of what the flouros would have!
I can't speak highly enough of them--
 The stats: Model: Barrina LED T5 Integrated Single Fixture Weight: ~0.5lb each. Dimensions: 46.1" x 0.9" x 1.4" Wattage: 20W each Output: 2200 lumen each Color/Spectrum 6500K
Hope that helps!

LED.
CFL stands for compact florescent, which is not the long tube kind... wasn't sure which one you were talking about.
