Attached gills.
Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
About 1-3.5 inches tall. Dark brownish thick stem.
Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
about .5 to 3 cm wide, about 1cm tall spherical, concave.
Spore print color:
Very important!
Didnt pick one to print, but they look very dark. purple black?

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Didnt stay long enough to notice

Other information:

its all fucked up. the whole genus is fucked. i think i still believe in panaeolus campanulatus and others..... there's some that grow in flood debris in the arctic and on horse shit in temperate rainforests and cow fields in the tropics that are all supposed to be p. pappilinaceous but i think there's a bunch of different ones. idk

I kind of agree with this. I think panaeolus needs to be gone through and at minimum organized. Especially the panaeolus cinctulus group and cyanescens group but also papilionaceus and foenisecii

That's not even counting the diverse and largely undescribed lawn panaeolus
