1st Transfer feedback (Update 08/10 + Jars!)

I made my first transfer from spore and this is what i got. I'm concerned as there are parts of the 'myc' that aren't showing the same white colouring. What could it be, a mold maybe? or just the myc growing at different rates? I appreciate any input.

Update 8/10
This is the plate 4 days later, should i take another transfer? I don´t see any contam or anything sketchy on it, but i don't really know what I'm looking at haha!
The plates:

I'm also waiting on 4 grain jars inoculated the 3/10 with a spore plate just for fun. When i cut the wedge of agar out and in the jar i could smell the 'fresh mushroom' scent and let me tell you i love it!! day to day I'm getting more and more into this hobby . i know there are high chances they are contaminated with something but, as i wait for the transfers to thrive i thought why not? I think they are coming pretty good so far, thoughts on them?
The jars:

If you want to expand the original plate more you can take more transfers, but if you already got some on a new plate I'd wait and see how those look.
Grain jars look ok atm, but if you're gonna throw spore plate agar to colonize the grains it's really no different than shooting spore syringe to grains....bad idea, but it's your grains man

Ok, so I'll wait, yeah, i know, might as well do a syringe for that matter, but, the original plate looked pretty good so i gave it a try! Nothing to lose (just a few grains) and what i wanted and the purpose of this grains is to know what myc looks like on grain and having some experience with it, like if it gets proper GE on the jars with the poly, etc, before i do the 'official healthy myc on agar to grain jars' lol. Just for fun and improving my tek in the SAB as well! thanks as always Tormato!

The plates:

12 o' clock lookin pretty sus. I would take at least 3 or 4 transfers from the plate, anywhere from 2 to 10 o' clock. Keep the clean ones for grains, transfers, and storage. Contam plates always get a transfer to get clean up (as long as they aren't too bad).

Yeah man, that's what i thought, the growth on 12 o' clock is super slow compared to the other areas. I'll take a couple transfers from this plate and await for results then! Thanks for the response Jwardoin, appreciated!
