gourmets on agar look ok?

Would like some TC eyes on these please. Do they look OK? Still not expert enough to confidently ID mold, especially with some of these gourmets starting awfully thin. NB these are transfers from ~18 month old masters in storage at 1-2C.
Hericium erinaceus -- this one's kinda weird because it had completely grown through the agar of it's master slant. I could'nt cut through the mat so I just grabbed some fluff with the scalpel and dragged the edge through the dish. Most of the growth on this plate originated from inside the incision and is inside the agar except for a thin layer on top...

Pleurotus ostreatus var columbinus -- some strange knotting but doesn't look like sporulation?

Flammulina velutipes -- transferred a pin covered stipe from an in vitro fruit.

The Lion's Mane is spot on! The P.ostreatus looks identical to mine as well, so I'm pretty sure it's fine. (Even though I barely manage to tell oyster mycelium from most molds unless I see them next to each other). In this thread I asked recently about Enoki, and a fellow shroomerite kindly posted a pic of his plate, which looks very similar to what you have, so you should be good I guess. Is this Enoki mycelium?

Sounds reassuring. Planning to transfer each once then back into the cold to slumber on fresh masters. Thinking I may also try to drop some wedges into sterile dH20 to test out that storage technique.

Thanks much! I know firsthand how hard these can be to judge and I've been around long enough to see people get dragged for posting horrible pics or none at all haha. Helps that I'm a tad OCD. Cheers.
