Psilocybe aucklandiaeThis is from a wild clone, rye grain spawn to sterilised aged sawdust which was then spawned to untreated potting soil

Very cool looking fruits! I would love to try my hand at an exotic. These have such deep colors.
Good job

Nice looking fruits!
and the substrate seems simple, I'm surprised you haven't used any clay. Would you think that this sub would suit Ps. papuana and zapotecorum as well?
Also, at what temperatures were you fruiting them?

Nice!! The caps most closely resemble cultured ps. ovoideocystidiata.

Was it really as simple as untreated potting soil? What is the untreated potting soil made of? Anything special in the potting soil that should be duly noted or just a typical bagged potting soil mix?
What type of wood was the aged sawdust you used as spawn made from if I may ask?

Hell yeah. You're a friggin legend. Just got done re-reading your angulospora log before starting mine and you have again paved the way for me into unknown territory here. Really surprised by the potting soil use as well. I've long thought about using some with a couple different exotics in (x) quantity but couldn't justify it (but recently found some serious benefit with the addition of a little manure with my wood based substrates...). Anyhow, yeah... you're the man. No doubt about it.
