Hi I've recently got interested in liberty caps and found out they can grow in Lithuania/Baltics.After reading up a bit i went out hunting in some cow, horse fields as well as forest paths/meadows next to forests.Had a great time despite coming back pretty much empty handed.
So, I'm interested if any Baltic,Lithuanian brothers frequent this forum and could message or reply with their insights on hunting in this region.

As far as I'm aware, it's just not the right time, with humidity being too low, rain being scarce and temperatures being too high. I'd say just wait until a bit later in October as relative humidity increases and rains start pouring. I too have found spots that would seem almost picture perfect for liberty cap growth with few if any mushrooms growing. I've been looking near Alytus, if that tells you anything. Would also like to clarify that I have not found liberty caps themselves yet.

Thanks for the replies, haven't had the time to go hunting since posting but hoping to go soon again. Temperatures have been dropping nicely just waiting for a few rainy days. Thinking of hitting up a golf field between Vilnius and Kaunas next time, but we'll see.

Never was able to find around Vilnius, nor Molėtai, no liberty caps or cyan or azurescens. I wonder if they grow in western parts of Lithuania that have different hardiness zones?

You should be able to find liberty caps there. They grow all over Europe. As for psilocybe cyanescens, I doubt you'll find it in Lithuania. You will definetely not find azurescens there. Stick to liberty caps. Find a field with cows or sheep, they're often more abundant there than other places.
